Aer Lingus has announced that it is expanding its UK operations with new flights from Dublin to to Edinburgh. The flights will operate with the A320 aircraft and will have a frequency of two per day. The aircraft are containerised and will carry cargo in AKH and PKC containers. These new flights will offer excellent connectivity between Amsterdam and Edinburgh for cargo products from the Benelux markets. Traffic flown can make same day connections arriving in EDI at 2000 hours or arrive in Edinburgh at 0730 the following morning depending on the flight used ex Amsterdam. These new flights compliment Aer Lingus’s existing flights from Dublin to the following UK destinations LHR,LGW,MAN,GLA which also offer excellent connectivity for cargo products from the Benelux market.
